With good oral hygiene and regular checkups, implants routinely last 20 years or more, and many last a lifetime. The crown attached to the implant may need replacing after 10–15 years of normal wear. We'll go over long-term care at your placement appointment.
Yes. We see patients of all ages and recommend a first visit around age one, or when the first tooth appears. Early visits are short and gentle — mostly about getting comfortable with the clinic. For teens, we offer both traditional braces and clear aligners.
